Net Entertainment, the Swedish based online software provider to top casinos such as Slots Magic Casino and Casino Luck, has made tracks in the US gaming market.

The group announced a lucrative partnership deal signed with the Bwin.Party and Borgata brands in New Jersey's online gambling industry, which was legalized and is currently regulated.

This is the first US customer agreement signed by NetEnt and has been hailed a breakthrough for the Stockholm-listed company. Bwin.Party operates Borgata Casino, PartyPoker brands and Borgata Poker.

The next step is now for Net Entertainment to receive the green light for its New Jersey operations through the Garden State's Division of Gaming Enforcement. The application is still under review.

The Managing Director of NetEnt Americas, Bjorn Krantz said that the company was very excited and proud that it had been selected by Borgata and Bwin.Party for the "delivery of premium multichannel desktop and mobile games in New Jersey."

Krantz said that he was confident that Net Entertainment would be able to support Borgata and Bwin.Party in their endeavor to provide the best gaming experience to their customers.

He added that, subject to the approval of New Jersey's gambling authority, the Division of Gaming Enforcement, the parties are in close collaboration to ensure a successful integration ahead of a commercial launch.

The Vice President of Marketing for Borgata, Steve Nathan said about the deal: "We are very impressed by NetEnt's performance in Europe, and their ability to deliver the highest degree of portfolio innovation and creativity. We are excited to bring that experience to our customers, and look forward to the day we can go live with the first set of NetEnt multichannel games."

Also commenting was Jeff Haas, group director of poker and USA director at Bwin.Party. "It is our goal to deliver the best online casino experience to our customers throughout New Jersey," he said. "The addition of premium and inventive gaming content from the renowned NetEnt stable is another significant step in helping us meet that objective".
