Ladbrokes, one of the most popular sports betting groups in Australia, has improved its mobile betting product significantly by rolling out a new range for gamblers on the go.
By signing with Inspired Gaming, Ladbrokes is able to offer players a range of virtual sports to complement the many other products on this platform.
Inspired Gaming has been a strong Ladbrokes partner for a number of years, first providing the group with virtual sports products for its retail outlets in the United Kingdom in 2005, before helping Ladbrokes take these same products online in 2007.
In May 2015, Ladbrokes launched Inspired Gaming's Virtual Horses and Virtual Greyhounds on its mobile platform, and has now increased this offering by rolling out virtual sports betting for its mobile players.
24/7 Mobile Sports Betting
Both Ladbrokes and Inspired Gaming commented on the new products available to Ladbrokes customers.
The senior vice president of virtual sports at Inspired, Steve Rogers, said that by launching its virtual sports on mobile, Ladbrokes players could now access their favorite games 24/7 on whichever medium that suited them, "and be guaranteed a consistent high quality, premium experience on each channel."
"Over the last 12 months we have seen a huge rise in the number of players choosing to play by mobile," he said. "This is driving significant incremental revenues for our customers."
Also commenting was the managing director for Ladbrokes Digital, Andy Bagguley who said: "I am pleased with the great customer response, it was important to add the Inspired Virtual content to our leading mobile platform, in preparation for our single digital desktop, tablet and mobile experience in July."
William Hill Also Gets Inspired
Ladbrokes is not the only sports betting group which has updated its products platform with Inspired Gaming.
William Hill said late last month that it would be expanding its partnership with Inspired to upgrade to an omni-channel virtual sports betting offering across all operations, including mobile, retail and online.
Rogers commented that Inspire Gaming believed that "omni channel is doing multichannel right - giving players a consistent, premium experience, no matter what channel they want to use at the time."
